ELIGIBILITY OF PURCHASE
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.
The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
For faulty items please do not send any items back.

Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage.
We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return.
SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS
We would advise the Customer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items. Any returns, which have not been refunded, will indicate that www.mirkosata.com has not received the returned items and this will therefore need to be investigated. This investigation procedure can take up to fifteen (15) working days to complete and during this period no refunds will be processed until the parcel has been found and the returned items received by www.mirkosata.com in re-sellable condition.
Should the Customer ′s chosen Courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer ′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier directly.
www.mirkosata.com is not liable for any lost returns. Insurance on Returns: Please note that it is the Customer ′s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method of return insuring the goods as appropriate.
www.mirkosata.com cannot be hold responsible for any unforeseen delays, ex. strikes, riots, war.
www.mirkosata.com aims to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public or bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

Once you place an order with us it can be tracked so that you know when it has left our warehouse and is on its way to your door. As soon as your order is shipped (which will be the next working day in most of the cases), we will send you a confirmation to your mail account mentioning all the details of your order. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All information that is stored on our site such as your billing address and delivery details are for our use only and we DO NOT pass these on to third parties. We have made every effort to display the colors, features and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will accurately reflect the color of product on delivery.
